Supporting older people to maintain their sense of identity and to live their lives with meaning and purpose.
We currently work in partnership with a number of religious orders and congregations to support them in the care of their elderly members and the management of their care homes. SJOG has a long history of providing specialist dementia care and nursing care for older people.
Religious orders are at a point of change. We work with each congregation to maintain their charism and founding ethos whilst bringing professional skills and knowledge to the management of their care services.
The support that we offer is underpinned by the active gift of kindness, caring and a demonstration of being willing to help

We can provide support in the following areas:
- Audit of current practices
- Trouble shooting to address issues with services
- Consultancy and advice
- Full management of the whole service and staff team
“SJOG understands the values and mission, and the need for us to continue to share this. God sent SJOG to us at a time when we needed it the most.” Sister Josepha
